Please complete the attached Rewards Voucher Application Form when your referred student registers for the PH Level I. As soon as they complete the course and we process the voucher application form, you can start enjoying the added $avings on future Courses!

Rewards Voucher Guidelines

1. Multiple Rewards vouchers may be applied to a particular course / package, however they may not exceed certificate or material fees. Materials fees listed on actual voucher.
2. The Rewards Voucher functions as a discount toward the tuition cost of your advanced courses. If your Voucher expires prior to the course date, you must register for that course before the expiration date of your voucher.
3. This Voucher may be used in addition to early registration discounts on combined weekend programs ONLY. (E.g. Advanced Pranic Healing / Pranic Psychotherapy; Achieving Oneness / Pranic Self Defense, etc.).
4. Vouchers used for a single advanced/higher course will be applied to the original course fee (no early discounts)
5. Vouchers can be used throughout the West coast and Midwest of the U.S. Vouchers will expire 1 year from date of issue, even if courses have not been offered in your area.
6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers have NO CASH VALUE.
7. Vouchers can only be applied to course tuition, or the review fee of MCKS Higher Courses.
8. Vouchers are NON TRANSFERABLE, and only valid for 1 year from date of issue.
9. Voucher program guidelines subject to change without notice, vouchers are issued only by the U.S. Pranic Healing Center.
10. To Redeem Vouchers, they must be submitted during Registration to the appropriate Event Organizer. Rewards Vouchers will not be accepted after the course is completed.
11. Rewards Voucher Application Forms will NOT be accepted during Registration. All Rewards Voucher Application Forms must be received at least one week prior to the course of interest in order to apply Vouchers to that Course.
